Member Request

We pride ourselves in delivering the best product on the market today.  If you are considering a cancelation or placing your membership on hold we kindly ask for an opportunity to discuss your decision in person to see if there is anything we can do to help. Whether that be improving our services, helping you find a box while traveling or hearing your feedback in person.  We care and welcome the opportunity to improve.  

We understand you might need to put your workouts on hold for a month.  Click the button above to submit your request. 

 

All hold requests will be accepted for the following month. A hold request cannot be approved within the same month as the request.
