Anything WITHOUT the assault bike from hell
Athlete of the month goals
To be more open to new experiences, to be more inviting to new gym athletes
To wake up every morning enjoying my job.
To fix infrastructure correctly and efficiently one road at a time (and add more orange cones to your commute, not really)
To pass my Profession Engineering (PE) test next April to remove the word “Assistant” in my job title
I was going to say hit 225# for my Power Clean PR but 18.2 took care of that; so
Run at least one 5k a month!
Abs of steel…or at least abs. They are CORE to everything you do
