MCXF's In-house competition, Amigos Con Kilos, returns after being moth-balled due to the pandemic. And......the final workout for the Open 2022 is released!
The third and final workout for the Crossfit 2022 Open has been released and it promises to be a doozy. This 12-minute time capped workout incorporates progressive barbell work (thrusters), progressive gymnastics (pull ups, C2B, and muscle-ups), and jump rope. Expect a high heart rate along with the transitioning from movements at whatever approach you take for this workout.
