And......the final workout for the Open 2022 is released!

The third and final workout for the Crossfit 2022 Open has been released and it promises to be a doozy. This 12-minute time capped workout incorporates progressive barbell work (thrusters), progressive gymnastics (pull ups, C2B, and muscle-ups), and jump rope. Expect a high heart rate along with the transitioning from movements at whatever approach you take for this workout.



For Time:

  • 21 Pull-Ups / Jumping chin-over-bar pullups / bent over rows

  • 42 Double-Unders / Single Unders / jumping jacks

  • 21 Thrusters (weight 1)

  • 18 Chest-to-bar pull-ups / Chin-Over-Bar / jumping chin-over bar pullups

  • 36 Double-Unders / Single Unders / jumping jacks

  • 18 Thrusters (weight 2)

  • 15 Bar Muscle-Ups / Chest-to-Bar / jumping chest-to-bar pullups

  • 30 Double-Unders / Singer Unders / jumping jacks

  • 15 Thrusters (weight 3)

* Options are: Rx / Scaled / Foundations


There are many options to complete this workout. It includes some advanced skills, such as the muscle-up, but can be scaled so any athlete can receive the stimulus of the workout and participate in 22.3.
