A Little Brew for Me & You.......Nitro Cold Brew Coffee & Space Camper IPA on Tap at MCXF

MCXF Community - you may notice a spiffy double tap that was recently installed in the Lounge that has two handles: one for Coffee and the other for Beer.

Specifically, the coffee is Nitro Cold Brew Coffee. This is a special brewing process where coarse coffee grounds are soaked in purified cold water for a period of 12-24 hours. This prolonged brew time creates a smoother and less bitter coffee that packs a nice pick me up! The coffee is then put into a commercial grade keg where it is infused with food-grade Nitrogen (yes, there is a difference) to add a nice milky and smooth consistency. The result, is a nice Nitro Cold Brew that is a great way to reward yourself for a morning workout or as an afternoon pick-me-up. Add a little cream (stored in the beverage fridge) and enjoy. Also, let us know what you think! It's a new offering in our Gym and we hope you enjoy it because it does require some effort to get it to you!

This month's Beer is Space Camper by Boulevard Brewery. This is a premium IPA by a Kansas City brewery that has been regarded as one of the best IPA's since it was released. It's there for your responsible enjoyment if you are over 21.
